Central Location Small Double For Lodger

I’m looking for a lodger- I have a small double available in central Clevedon in a secure modern flat building. It is close to local cafes, supermarkets and bus stops as well as in walking distance of Clevedon seafront and Hill Road.

There is one parking space available for the flat. If you needed to use it then I’m open to negotiating the use of it. There is an inside bike room, where you can store a bike.

All bills are included (high speed fibre internet, gas & electric, council tax, tv subscriptions).

The flat is all female. There is a shared kitchen/living room and a shared toilet and shower room.

I’m used to having housemates and I’m looking for someone who is clean/tidy, friendly and likes to have a chat, but also likes to do their own thing. The flat building is very quiet, so socialising would need to mostly take place in town where there are lots of really nice places to chill, eat and drink.

Working from home 1 day a week is possible. There is a desk in the room (see video). There is also great study space in Clevedon library and the cafes in the area so there are lots of options. For later year and MA/Postgrad students, if you want a term year let only so September to July/August that is fine and can be agreed at the start. If you are looking for a Monday to Friday I am open to discussing so get in contact.

The room is furnished. I can look at adding in some extra storage for you to the flat, depending on how much you’d need.

Re, keeping the flat clean, it is clean up after yourself, then a full flat clean (kitchen surfaces, bathroom and floors every other week). It only takes an hour or so to do.
