This is ia sea facing flat in a unique building, one of the oldest surviving mansion houses in this area. 5 minutes walk to the listed Victorian Pier and seafront promenade with lots of cafes, restaurants bars all nearby. All year round marine lake for outdoor swimming. Hill road, with lots of independent shops, cafes , a small supermarket and a monthly street market is a short stroll away. The room is on the lower level, down a flight of carpeted stairs ,and is very private. The house has a big terraced garden overlooking the sea and on-street free parking. 30 minutes drive to Bristol. There is a washing machine in the main bathroom and a line in the garden. The kitchen is open-plan to my living room, so we would need to arrange times if you would like to use it. I am a singer-songwriter and author, so I need time to myself to work, but I'm very sociable and happy to help when I can. NB At the moment I can only offer short lets up to 3 months, negotiable. All energy and broadband bills included.
