Available strictly on a rolling 10-on, 4-off shift rotation basis to match your schedule perfectly or a Monday to Friday let. Available from January.

The Property: Full 3-bedroom property. Ultra-quiet location—guaranteed excellent sleep!

The Bedrooms: 3 generous double bedrooms, each fitted with a premium King-Size bed (no single or bunk beds here). Complete with quality fittings and curtains.

Hot Tub and Sauna: available at additional cost when required.

Parking: Dedicated off-street parking with plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

Location & Commute: Unbeatable location. Less than 5 minute walk to Mill Farm HPC bus stop, a 10-minute drive to the Cannington Park & Ride and roughly 12 minutes straight to the HPC Main Gates.

Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & tumble dryer, and comfortable living area.

Rate: £900 per month each, including all bills, but only available to a group of three friends or family members happy to share. We will not take three separate tenants, it must be a group. Weekends (if Monday to Friday) or non-working weekends (if on HPC 10/4 shift A) will require the property to be vacated.
