My husband and I are renting out the upper floor of our lovely house on the Roman Way.
It is in a stunning location with great views of the Tor and a magical garden which backs onto the fields. It has a double and a twin room.
We will consider a single person or maybe a couple.
There is an upstairs kitchen and bathroom.
There may be the use of a downstairs lounge too.
We are renting only for 3 months from the 1st January till the end of March.
We live on the ground floor but will be away during this time. A good friend of ours may staying in our area whilst we are away.
There is parking on the street.
We are a vegetarian household - so no meat or fish but eggs and dairy is fine. Professionals preferred and references required.
It has a great energy here and all newly refurbished.
