Friendly and sociable students are looking for a 5th student to join them in this wonderful, spacious house. The four students are in their 3rd year and will welcome a friendly house buddy.
This is a newly decorated property which has quality Ikea furniture.
The property has five good size double bedrooms a ground floor bathroom and an additional upstairs shower room.
The available room has an Ikea double bed, Ikea wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and chair. New mattress protector will be provided.
The house has a large Ikea kitchen with plenty of storage space and all mod cons including a cooker/ hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and two fridge freezers.
The location is perfect as it is close to Africa Gardens, just off Whitchurch Road which has a selection of excellent cafes and restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the UHW.
