Cheerful property in the centre of Cardiff on a quiet and friendly road. The open plan living and kitchen area is a sociable space. There is easy walking access to Cardiff’s main art and cultural attractions. The town centre, the universities and Tramshed music venue in Grangetown are all close by.

About the space -

The house is made up of two upstairs bedrooms and an open plan downstairs. Both bedrooms have double beds and down duvets with cotton linen and woollen blankets. There is also contemporary shelving and a dressing table as well as a clothing rail. Downstairs there is an open plan living-dining area. There is a comfortable burgundy two seater sofa and a grey sofa bed which is only used upon request.

The table and chairs comfortably seats four. The bathroom is off the kitchen. It has an electric shower, bath and WC. The kitchen is a modern design with everything you need to cook. The cooking area is a sociable space overlooking the living room.

Grangetown has great shops for ingredients - we recommend Claire Foods. There is a kettle and a coffee maker for your morning brew. The garden is a patio. It is a sun trap and there are a few garden chairs for you to enjoy the space in the summer.
