This is a 12 month contract for new Master's Degree candidates. Move in Date mid September 2026 Joint contract for 3 people to share.

About us - long standing, local, old school landlords with a good portfolio of other places for students too!

We can help buddying up if you aren't part of a group of three.
We do this every year and are very experienced in finding you a good group to mature people to share with.

Our house -
Our comfortable spacious house is well insulated, downstairs there's a fairly new kitchen and separate living room along with a separate toilet. There's space for bicycles and a little sunny private courtyard.

(no pictures of the living room right now as renovations are ongoing)

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, varying sizes, we've suggested £400 each as a rent share but you may decide to divide the cost differently, which is for your group to decide!
The house bathroom with shower are situated on the first floor.

Location -
We're near Cardiff Business School, Maindy Campus, Park Place Campus and a good location for access to Llandaff Campus too. A short walk down to Cardiff Castle and the centre of Town.

Ideal for keen cyclists, there's safe storage for bikes and the Taff Trail runs past the back of the house!

Who are we hoping to rent to??

I'm looking for easy going, decent, hardworking, clean, organised people who can get on with other people and work as a team to keep the house running well.
Master's students only at this stage due to high cost of council tax. Very high for professionals - its shocking! BAND F
