A compact double room is available for single occupancy. Double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Sole use of own bathroom which is on a different floor. Shared use of kitchen and dining area. Use of courtyard garden. Suitable for professionals working in film, TV in Roath Basin, Wolf Studios etc or someone who is looking to relocate to the area. Monday to Friday short term only, happy to accommodate the extra Sunday night if you’ve got an early start on Monday for £40 extra . Broadband and shared kitchen. Nice quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels provided. On-street parking.

I am used to hosting film and TV professionals. Very close to the Barrage, 20 minute walk to Roath Basin Studios over the Barrage. A lovely award winning gastro pub is minutes away.

10 minute walk to the train station and bus stop for travel into Cardiff.
