Hi, we're Will and John. We live in our home with our quiet and chilled out dog, Winston.

We're ideally looking for a flat mate who is looking for a Monday to Friday let only, we’re not looking for full time or 7 day week lets.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of our space and home. Our house is a renovated early-Victorian terraced townhouse, split over three floors, with panoramic views of Cardiff Bay, the city and its surroundings. Stunning kitchen-diner, with access to a roof terrace to make the most of the view. The house is decorated in an honest, eclectic style, making the most of the property's unique features, including original cast iron fireplaces and parquet flooring. Great location, 5 minute walk to Penarth train station and only a 15 minute train ride to Cardiff city centre.

Penarth has a lively town centre, with plenty of independent shops, cafés, and bars and pubs. The town centre is only a five minute walk away. A short walk through Alexandra Park, you'll see Penarth seafront, with its wonderfully restored Art Deco pier and pavilion.

Cardiff Bay, with all its bars and restaurants, and home to architecture like the Senedd and the Wales Millennium Centre, is within walking distance across the barrage.

Plenty of on-street car parking, which is free to use.
