Room available in a lovely 3-bedroom waterfront house in Penarth Marina. The third bedroom is used as a dressing room currently, so the house would just be shared between the two of us.

The house has a shared bathroom upstairs, an additional toilet downstairs, and a spacious open-plan living/dining area and kitchen.

The house is fully furnished with my own furniture, white goods and accessories, so I’m looking for someone who will treat the house and my belongings with the same care they would their own 😊 but I am happy to share everything in the communal areas! The available bedroom currently comes with a bed, and a chest of drawers.

There is free roadside parking nearby, as well as a free car park just a couple of minutes’ walk away.

Rent and bills are below per person:
Rent- £425
Council tax - £180
WiFi - £14
Water -£25
Gas and electric (variable amount but around £60-£80 depending on time of year etc!)

I work day and night shifts, when I am off work I like to gym, go to Pilates, go out for meals and drinks. I don’t mind a social housemate to join me or somebody who likes their own space but a like minded person/ similar age would be preferred.
