I'm an easygoing individual living with 1 long-term lodger (5 years). I have asthma, so I am medically intolerant of any generated smoke/vapes. I have plenty of experience living with any nationality.
The bedrooms are large doubles; we have 3 shared showers (incl. 1 small bath shower) and 3 WC's. Highest available bandwidth broadband (900 Mb), plenty of clothing space, a huge shared TV with off-road parking. Have a dishwasher, washing machine, drying areas (inside and out), and large dry food storage space.
We have a small dog living here called Koko. I will consider any pet except cats. (Allergy). All pets must be of an age that they are fully vaccinated and spayed.
For couples, add £150 pcm.
For short-term lodgers (3 months or less), add £125 pcm.
Pet owners add £100 to deposit.
