Three storey townhouse situated in the marina of the historic coastal town of Penarth, 10 mins bike ride from Cardiff Bay over the Barrage. Easy access to supermarkets, Cardiff buses, trains, and main thoroughfare with picturesque bike routes.

I'm an easygoing individual living with 2 long-term lodgers. I have asthma, so I am completely intolerant of any generated smoke, and smokers generally. I have plenty of experience living with any nationality.

The facilities include 3 showers (incl. 1 small bath shower), 3 WC's, Highest available bandwidth broadband (900 Mb), masses of clothing space, a huge shared TV with off-road parking. Have a dishwasher, washing machine, drying area (inside and out), and plenty of food storage space.

I will consider any pet except cats. (Allergy). All pets must be of an age that they are fully vaccinated.
