This property is located minutes walk away from central Barnsley town, (good for shopping and good for nightlife with bars and resturants if you like a lively atmosphere or a quiet meal for those who like eating out),. Barnsley Interchange (for alternate options and well connected transport links) and Barnsley College (with lots of studenty facilitates for the young/mature students and good job opportunities) and only 10 minutes walk away from Barnsley Hospital along with lots of local amenities.

The entire house and outside space has been refurbished to a high standard with all brand new furniture, appliances, fixtures and fittings and a new boiler/central heating system.

The friendly, communal modern grey gloss kitchen contains an American fridge-freezer, combi microwave, washing machine and all essential kitchen/utility appliances.

Please note a licence is granted by the local authority stating the permitted number of occupants per HMO property, this is based on several factors including room sizes in addition to the amenities and facilities that are available for the residents.
Residents should not be having additional household members staying at the property as this will lead to the licence being breach in addition, this would be overcrowding under the Housing Act 2004 which would be used to assess the room size.
