Hello there!

We are now on the look out for a clean, respectable and preferably awesome :) new housemate to make this place their home.

It’s located in Barnsley town centre within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bus/ train stations as well as the hospital and M1 motorway. The street is really quiet with great neighbours and we have never had any problem finding a parking space.

Each room has been carefully designed and crafted with the end user in mind, so you will have all the space and comfort you will need during your stay. These rooms really are something special.

The house has superfast Virgin Media Broadband plus there are TV aerial points in every bedroom, so you can have your own private TV in your room if you so wish. There are even USB sockets at the side of each bed for charging your Smartphones or Ipads.

We hope that our housemates will socialise together, so we have created a stunning kitchen and dining area complete with an exposed brick feature fireplace as the focal point of the room. There is a large handmade central dining table that seats all four housemates, a brand new oven and induction hob, large capacity Samsung washing machine, tall freestanding fridge freezer, designer kettle, toaster and microwave plus all the utensils, pans, cutlery and plates you will need to show off your culinary skills to your new housemates!

Adjoining the kitchen and dining area is the living space. This cosy area has seating for all the housemates and looks out into the garden. Its a perfect space to enjoy a morning coffee or to just relax, chat and chill after a long day at work. In Summer, you can open up the rear patio doors and really make the most of the tranquil and private garden space.

When it comes to the bathroom, we really have pulled out all the stops and created something stunning. We have designed this shared bathroom with a luxury vintage feel, complete with timber panelling and rustic look ceramic tiling. You can take your pick if you want a shower or a bath....we have provided both! There is also a designated space for each housemate to store their toiletries separately.
