I have one room available and room is on the second floor which is fully furnished with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets
It also has its own en-suite

We HAVE two dogs who live here with us so if you don’t like dogs this ain’t for you!

We keep ourselves to ourselves during the week but we ain’t at all rude we all talk and get on fabulously.

I’d like you to be able to speak good English as we don’t speak any other languages.

If your down to earth a non smoker ( I don’t mind smoking tbh but NOT IN THE HOUSE! )
and looking for a lovely family home this could be for you.

Plenty of broadband and plenty of hot running water a lovely kitchen we all keep tidy we also have a utility room for drying clothes with tumble drier and another freezer and a fridge freezer

I’d accept someone on benefits also
I’d LOVE to find someone who works from home to give the dogs company during the day.. I’d possibly look a reduction in rent if someone looked after the dogs during the day and helped round the house like we all do.

Current lads have been with me over a year so I’d like to think I’m all right kinda lad!

I’m 52 but don’t let that put you off if you’re young cause I’m just as young as you feel and I’m 24 in the head! The other lads are 25 and 29.
