💧Utility room separate to the main kitchen with access to clothes washer, dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board

💰 All bills included: use of Wi-Fi, access to Netflix on main TV.

House Rules:

🚭 No Smoking
🛌 Overnight guests by agreement only
🧹 Contribute to cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas
📑 For important items tenants will need to be covered by their own insurance policy as the house policy will not cover it. tenants will be expected to sign a lodger agreement which can be reviewed and agreed if both parties wish to move forward.

🔢 ‘Bedroom 2’ is to rent. The other rooms are not being rented out and I am the only person living here - this is not a HMO 😀

Rental Term:
Due to personal circumstances, I would ideally like enter an initial agreement for 3 months and then move onto a rolling agreement if that works for both parties.

About Me:

Hi, my name is Becky! I have available a room within my house which I moved into my place in 2024.
I work full time in an office role (hybrid working pattern) and the house tends to be pretty quiet.
The house is three story with two sitting areas, three bedrooms and 2 toilets (one of these being the main bathroom)

The room would be best suited to another working professional and ideally somebody who likes living in a clean and tidy space.

I split my time between home and visiting my boyfriend so sometimes I may be gone for a few days and therefore looking for somebody trustworthy who is comfortable handling some basic responsibilities as and when required. (such as pulling the bin out if needed and putting it back once collected)

I’m veggie but sharing with meat eaters isn’t an issue for me. I also do voluntary work and attend religious meetings twice a week so that keeps me quite busy.
