I'm looking for considerate people to enjoy my lovely home while I am away for the winter. It's a spacious, peaceful and characterful house in a friendly neighbourhood, ideal for a couple, family or small group looking for comfortable, flexible accommodation. The furnishing and decoration is rather minimal, but you've got everything you need for a nice stay.

The house offers:

3 generous double bedrooms, including one super-king bedroom and two double bedrooms.

A 4th flexible room, currently used for yoga and massage.

2 bathrooms — one with a large freestanding bathtub, the other with a shower.

Spacious living room with sofa, desk and external monitor.

Open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, fridge, washing machine and a dining area with dining table, chairs, sofa, armchair.

Front and rear gardens, including BBQ.

Free on-street parking.

Approximately 131 m² across three floors, offering plenty of space and privacy on each floor.

Location: Situated in the lovely Meersbrook/Heeley area, with green spaces, independent cafés and a welcoming local community. Meersbrook Park, Heeley City Farm and local woodland are nearby. Sheffield city centre is easily accessible by public transport, and the Peak District is within easy reach for walking, climbing and exploring.

Practical details:

Rent: £1,450 per month, excluding bills.
