Welcome to my advert where I am looking for a suitable professional female to let this beautiful bedroom with private bathroom on a Monday - Friday type basis and not a full time 24/7 lodger.
For the right person I can be flexible with the 5 days and work around shifts etc if discussed. I will need references from your employer.
I have a beautiful, newly decorated, modern detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac. My adult daughter and I are trusted, professional, friendly people with enchanced dbs checks and we have a small dog. The advert is for 1 female preferably. We would very rarely have visitors in the home and wish to keep it private. So please note the home is just for you.

We have a parking space for your use and are in walking distance Tamworth train station which is mainline and only an hour to London Euston and Northern areas. There is a bus stop at the top of the road. We are in easy reach of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Burton and Nuneaton etc. There are shops, gyms, entertainment etc all close by. There is a modern kitchen with table and chairs, ice machine and water filter, dishwasher and washing machine, cooker and microwave and we can provide you with utensils for your own use. Broadband is included and I can provide access to Disney plus while I have access to it.
We have a private garden with seating in a very peaceful setting backing onto the canal. Smoking is not allowed but there is no problem with vaping outside. No drugs. There is an electric car charger but the use of this would have to be discussed separately.

The home is newly decorated and comfortable. At the moment the lounge is for private use.

Your room has a single bed with an orthopaedic mattress and I can provide a new double quilt and have access to bedding if required. I am open to providing draws or a desk depending on your preference. You have a stunning, private modern bathroom with walk in shower.
