Located in Epsom town centre, 2 minutes walk to the middle of town and Epsom train Station. Also, as easy as it is to get to cafes and shops in town you can head off in the opposite direction to Stamford Green and its woodlands for a cycle ride or a stroll within 5 minutes walk.

Large double bedroom is on the top floor in the video at around 1.05 minute, with the blue bed-spread . Smaller double bedroom is in the video on the ground floor with blue sofa (video taken before the room has been furnished with double bed and desk, these are included in rental).
All bills included. Broadband is super fast Sky via wifi but also it is hard-wired directly into each bedroom to prevent any service interruption.
