The double room is downstairs next to the front door and has access to a downstairs toilet and shower within a utility room but no en-suite. This is a family home, I have children so it can be noisy at times so please bear this in mind. There is off street parking available. Please note it is for the room only, I am at home a lot of the time so your availability to the kitchen is quite limited, I’m happy for light cooking/simple meals
