The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desks, bookshelf, bedside table, clothes rail, and a built in cupboard. These belonged to the previous tennant, who no longer needs them.

Space on the driveway out front for a car, and a garage in the garden, perfect for bike storage.

We have been living in the house for a number of years. The previous tennent of this room has moved out with his girlfriend, but we like the house so we are looking to fill his spot rather than move out. Very chill but responsive landlord.

We are professionals working in IT, looking for other professional types ideally.

Bills are not included in the rent but come to roughly £160-£170 per month.
