Single room

The room is suitable for a Female Non smoker. Such as a Nurse or an educated professional. A mature student may also be considered.

The current residents are European, university graduates. We are situated about 10 minutes walk from Ewell West train station. It is also a short walk to the bus stop E9 and 418. Epsom high street and station are about 25 minutes walk.
