My son (18)and I live here with our two pets( dachsund and ragdoll cat) I’m super tidy and the house is cleaned to a high level.

The room has been newly decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with access to a private bathroom/ shower. If you would like the room to be cleaned weekly and sheets/ towels changed this can be arranged for an additional cost.
