A spacious two bedroom apartment situated in a quiet but central area of Guildford. This two storey maisonette is under 10 mins walk to Guildford station/ town centre, and comes with one parking permit for the courtyard outside.

Lower floor:
The apartment consists of a well equipped kitchen, with an oven, hob, microwave, under counter fridge freezer, and washing machine.
There is a separate cozy lounge with a warm electric fireplace, TV, sofa and plenty of space to display photos and make the space your own!
There is one double bedroom downstairs with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
And finally there is a downstairs toilet with a sink.

Upper floor:
Up the stairs you’ll find the second bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
And then there is the main bathroom with a shower and a bath.

I am looking to find lodgers for the two bedrooms in the flat, ideally a couple or two close friends. I am asking for £1750/month with council tax and water included in this, and looking to let it out for the next 12 months.
