The flat is spread over two floors with a balcony on each floor, great storage cupboards and a ‘sun room’ that could be used as an office or mini gym. There is residential off street parking and an intercom system, but no lift!
The flat has been fully refurbished, with brand new appliances (photos of the kitchen to come). It is currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to buy the furniture that would best suit the needs of the tenant.
It’s a three bed flat but I want to rent it to a couple or two friends as a whole. £1000 a month for the whole property. I will pay the service charge for the building but all other bills will be on top.
