I live in the property but on the ground floor. I have cats love them to bits, however you will probably not see them as they live in the room with me.

I work full time as an HGV driver.

Great location, quiet, near the country side.
You are in walking distance of both Burgess Hill and Wivelsfield train stations and local shops. (RH15 0TS)

I'm after a long term let, so longer the better.

Rent to be paid in advance, on the 28th of each month or before.

Deposit to be paid as soon as you decide to take the room please so I can take it off the advert.

I have used old photos as my existing lodger is moving out and its not in a position to take photos, I'll upload when he gone.
