I am looking for a clean, tidy, responsible and easy going housemate to share my 2 bed home with.

About the house:

The room is light and bright with shutters and a double mirrored wardrobe. There is room for a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a desk. There is currently a bed in the room and the rest of the furniture can be provided if required. Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on preference.

There is a modern bathroom with shower over bath for own use.

There is a garden and off street parking available.

There is also a cabin in the garden with electricity and wifi that you can use if you want somewhere to chill out in however no furniture in situ.

There is a co-op within 5 min walking distance, and is 10 min walk to either burgess hill or wivelsfield train station with direct links to brighton, gatwick and london.

Also close to CAE.

Rent inc all bills 800 pcm. Deposit of 1 months rent payable in advance.

About me:

I am a 28 year old professional working in financial services. I have a 7 year old british short hair house cat called Reggie.
I enjoy going to the gym, seeing friends, chilling out at home and going on holiday and to music events.

I would like my new housemate to be clean, tidy and considerate and someone who is responsible and wouldn't mind looking after Reggie if I am away.
