Furnished bedroom with double bed available to rent with shared bath/shower room (double sink). The living room is shared with 1 other lodger with TV, sofa and open fire. Secondary shower room also available. There is a large shared kitchen with an Aga and a separate utility room. Eight minutes walk to Wivelsfield train station and just 5 minutes drive to Haywards Heath.

You will also have use of our large front and back gardens with a spacious patio space. We have a friendly Labrador.

The house is a charming, detached, period property located on a quiet country lane only eight minutes walk from Wivelsfield train station and local shops. Wivelsfield station has direct lines to Brighton (15 minutes) and London (50 minutes). We are also 10 minutes drive from Haywards Heath train station. There are also walking distance bus stops for Brighton and Haywards Heath.

The end of the lane also leads to several picturesque country walks.

There is a parking space on the drive. Please no commercial or electric vehicles.

This is a family home with myself, my husband and two adult offspring. I work in the NHS, my husband runs his own business. We’re a warm and friendly pescatarian family who enjoy gardening, cooking and making the most of our idyllic location.

There will also be a larger double room available from 1st October (£800 per calendar month)
