The property is a fully licensed HMO with Mid Sussex District Council. Rooms are let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) with a minimum 6-month term. Deposits are protected with the DPS. Bills are included (subject to fair usage), so it’s simple and straightforward.
