Lovely Luxury Ensuite Room

Hello There.
I have a lovely ensuite. Its has a king size bed with a great quality tempur mattress(ensuring your body will get the right rest); It has a sony flat screen tv on the wall, wooden blind plus blackout curtains. It would suit a professional/executive. The room is for single occupancy.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area by Victoria Industrial Estate. Within 10 min walking distance of the leisure centre and 20 min walking to town centre. The mainline station is a 5 minute drive away giving easy access to London/Brighton. There is easy street parking. Full use of the kitchen. All bills included apart from telephone.
The family comprises myself, my 10 years well behaviour/polite son, another lodger. a cat & a golden retriever. All of whom are very friendly. We are happy people, very tidy and clean, also very respectful of others spaces.
