Lovely Room Ensuite king size bed -Family House

I have a large bedroom en suite to rent for single occupancy.
The room is furnished with a king size bed and an excellent quality memory foam mattress, which is perfect to get a good night rest. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and flat screen tv on the wall.
It would suit a professional who like to live in a quiet neighbourhood, calm and tranquil atmosphere. Including an adorable and friendly old golden retriever. - Even people who were not too keen on dogs, changed their minds after meeting her :-)
We are respectfull and very tidy. I like to keep house cleaned and noce a week have it cleaned professionally.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area by Victoria Industrial Estate. Within 10 min walking distance of the leisure centre, 5 mins to CAE, big supermarket Tesco and 25 min walking to Waitrose, town centre and mainline train station. It's easy access to London/Brighton.

There's off street parking (non restrictions) or depending on the working hours, could share the driveway with myself.
