Due to our very high standards all rentals will be subject to a cleaning fee ( including linen and bedding ) of £175 for short stays up to and under 5 x nights afterwhich £ 199 for 6 x nights or more.

We Are not offering APT’s as this is also the Landlord’s residence.

We Are Offering Lodging Licence Agreements to a maximum of two separate Lodgers or one related family to a maximum of four Lodgers as per local council guidelines.
