Each additional Family member above two persons will be charged at £ 15 per day (short rentals ) and £ 12.50 per day for rentals of 14 nights or more thereafter - in addition to the initial combined charges of the above named two bedrooms and cleaning costs.

Due to our very high standards all rentals will be subject to a cleaning fee ( including linen and bedding ) of £185 for short stays up to and under 10 x nights afterwhich £257 for 11 x nights and upwards.

This is not an HMO.

We Are not offering APT’s as this is also the Landlord’s residence.

We Are Offering Lodging Licence Agreements to a maximum of two separate Lodgers or one related family to a maximum of four Lodgers as per local council guidelines.
