I am looking for short term tenants for a 2 bedroom house in the city centre of Leeds, a 20min to the city centre. Available immediately from 1st sep, and can be flexible on required length of time. I am selling the property which may mean the maximum tenancy period will be around 3 months.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one en-suite). Would be open to rent out each bedroom individually, £700 per month all bills included, and the price very competitive given the circumstances. I am looking for tenants who are also flexible or need some short term accommodation.
The property is furnished and on a pretty, new estate with good neighbours, and close to shops. Greggs, coffee shops, Tesco, bars supermarkets nearby as well as Leeds city centre a short walk into town.
