We are looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to join us in our relaxed house share in Meanwood!

There are 4 rooms in total. This room is available from 1st October.

Current housemates are easy-going (1 male, 2 female) and in their late 20's looking for a sociable and respectful housemate. We enjoy occasional house meals, pub quizzes and cinema trips. We often spend our evenings together in the living room, but also have our own separate social lives.

The house is really nice with a good size kitchen and living room. There is a shower room for the 2 bedrooms on the first floor, the 2 attic bedrooms are ensuite. The available room has its own sink and built in wardrobe/storage.
The house is fully furnished and has everything you will need. There is a Virgin TV package and broadband, in fact all bills are included:

The room is £475 per month including bills and is available from 1st October 2026. The room comes with the usual bedroom furniture.

Pretty central location in Meanwood with the park, pubs and supermarkets (Waitrose and Aldi) all about 5 mins walk away. There a good buses into town on Meanwood Road and Headingley is only about 20 minutes away.
