Cozy room available in Meanwood House

The Kitchen

Located near the centre of Meanwood, our house is part of a long terrace with the front door opening onto a quiet cobbled street. There are plenty of amenities nearby, such as bars, shops, and supermarkets, with Meanwood Park and the Urban Farm being only slightly further away .

The available room is on the second floor and will be available from the 1st of July. Bills are not included, but aren't currently too high- during the winter they average roughly £100. The house is in Council Tax Band B.

We’re looking for a housemate who is interested in staying for a while (ideally, at least a year), keeping shared spaces clean and making the house feel like a home. Our landlord requires proof of employment.

If you're interested, please do send a message letting us know about yourself (Work, Hobbies, Etc). This will help us decide if you'd be a good fit for the house, so please don't be afraid of writing too much!
