Lovely Large Room in Meanwood - Queer Household

Hi! We're Evan (they/he) and Tal (they/them). We currently live in Meanwood and would love to welcome a new member to our lovely house. Our current housemate is looking to leave at the end of September/start of October.

We are 26-year-old professionals who work 9-5 and would like someone with similar working hours. We are very silly and friendly, but maintain a clean house. We often have movie nights, and like a drink at the pub/pool every now and then. We are looking to live with someone fun and easy-going, but we don't mind quiet either! We both occasionally eat meat but are mostly plant-based, and very vegetarian friendly (the top shelf of the fridge would be yours if so).

The room is a well ventiliated and spacious en-suite basement room. It has a double bed and desk, and plenty of storage with two wardrobes, a large storage cupboard and a large double bed. The en-suite includes a shower, sink and toilet.

The house is a less than 15 minute walk to Headingley Arndale Centre, and a 5-10 minute walk to aldi and waitrose in Meanwood. Busses are easy to get in either direction. Our house is great in the summer as is south-facing and situated in a gorgoeus little street with friendly neighbours and many friendly cats. We have a table and chairs outside to sit in the sun, and two washing lines. The house is council tax band A and we do our own bills. The bills are on average £100-120 per month per person.
