Room to rent in Meanwood/Headingley area

Hi, I'm Kate, the current occupant - I work for the university, teaching in the School of Arts and Humanities.

I rent a 2 bedroom flat between Meanwood and Headingley. For the autumn semester, I rented the second bedroom to someone who taught part time, also in the School of Humanities UoL, between Tuesday-Friday. They have now finished teaching and the room is free.

The flat has a large living room, with multiple sofas and a dining table. A bathroom with a separate loo/shower room set up. A decent size kitchen - oven/hob all electric.

The room for rent has a double bed, desk with drawers, desk chair, an open wardrobe, and a small bedside table with drawers.

I have two miniature dachshunds who also live here - so dog person necessary. I am a good cook, favouring a Mediterranean style, and have been doing flat dinners on Wednesday.

I have the flat until end of August - I may renew, I'm unsure as yet as my contract has yet to be renewed.

Rent £450 Bills currently £176 (this is divided in two [electric/internet/water/CT] but depending on CT/heating etc this could change a bit either way)
