Room to rent in cosy house in Meanwood

Hello!

I have a double room to let in my cosy semi detached property in the heart of meanwood. The room has a TV, double bed and storage space. . There is a communal living room with a log burner, kitchen with seating, bathroom and a lovely garden to the rear of the house.

I work Monday to Friday as a horticulturalist therefore out all day and back for the evenings and weekends. Meanwood has been my home for the last 7 years so I have excellent local knowledge and a lovely group of friends who I spend time with frequently.

My Labrador Willow also lives with me. She is a very calm and well trained dog who loves a cuddle on the sofa. Willow is with me most of the time but there are occasions where I leave her at home for a few hours if I go out so you will need to be comfortable with this.

I’m a very easy going person enjoying quiet and early evenings through the week whilst getting out into nature on a weekend. I like to keep the house tidy as best I can and would expect a housemate to do the same.
