Friendly 4 bed house in Meanwood

Looking for 2 people to move in to a friendly four bed house in Meanwood. The house has a large living room and a separate dining room so there is plenty of space. It’s located on a nice quiet street with on-street parking.

The rooms will be available from 1st July so we are looking for people who will be available to move in then.

The household is quiet and respectful. We have many interests including climbing, hiking, football, surfing, films and good food and nature. We enjoy days trips hiking or evening trips to the pub but also are respectful of peoples space and do other activities independently.

£498.33 per month including bills. Council tax (band B) is additional to this and currently works out at about £35 per month if everyone is eligible.

The bathroom has been upgraded since the photos were taken but these were the most up to date ones that I had.
