Looking for someone to move in to a friendly four bed house in Meanwood. The house has a large living room and a separate dining room so there is plenty of space. It’s located on a nice quiet street with on-street parking.
The room will be available from 1st July so we are looking for someone who will be available to move in then.
The household is quiet and respectful. We have many interests including climbing, hiking, football, surfing, films and good food and nature. We enjoy days trips hiking or evening trips to the pub but also are respectful of peoples space and do other activities independently.

£525 per month including bills. Council tax (band B) is additional to this and currently works out at about £35 per month if everyone is eligible.
