Friendly 4 bed house in Meanwood

Looking for someone to move in to one room in a friendly four bed house in Meanwood. The room would suit another young professional between 25-35 who shares similar interests to the current house. The room will be available from 15th October so we are looking for someone who will be available to move in then.

The house has a large living room and a separate dining room so there is plenty of space. There are also outdoor spaces at both the front and back. It’s located on a nice quiet street with on-street parking.

The household is quiet and respectful. We have many interests including climbing, hiking, football, surfing, films and good food and nature. We enjoy days trips hiking or evening trips to the pub but also are respectful of peoples space and do other activities independently.

£525 per month including bills. Council tax is additional to this and currently works out at about £49 per month per person.

The bathroom has been upgraded since the photos were taken but these were the most up to date ones I had.
