Double room to rent in a lovely little spot in Meanwood, 2 minute walk from: supermarkets (Aldi or Waitrose), regular bus routes to Leeds, ace little pubs and bars, gorgeous woods and greenery in Meanwood Park, indie restaurants, local yoga studio & gym, 10 minute walk to Headingley.

The street is quiet with hardly any traffic and a supportive community with great neighbours. Parking available on private drive. Massive garden with greenhouse (I grow veggies) and garage shed for storage. Further storage available in attic space. Hive smart central heating, nespresso, air fryer, washing machine, microwave etc. Smart TV in the living room with all the apps.

Bathroom with deep bath and power shower.

Room is full or part furnished (or can be empty if you want) & you’re welcome to decorate it however you like.

Must be ok with living with an angel of a French bulldog - Rocco - that being said Pets welcome so long as they get along with Rocco. Rent is extremely affordable considering the area.

I like baking - pastries and bread - cooking and chilling. It's my home you're moving into, not a rental space.
