I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Carr Mills Student Accommodation in Leeds for the 2026/27 academic year. Upon Transaction I will give you a 100 pound gift card to the place of your chosing.

Unfortunately, my plans have changed and I won’t be moving in anymore.

Details:
• 4ft-bed standard en-suite
• £151 per week
• 51-week contract (5 September 2026 move in date- 9 July 2027)

The room includes:

* Private en-suite bathroom
* Small double bed
* Desk, wardrobe and mirror
* Shared kitchen and living area with 5 other students
* Dishwasher
* Washer and dryer outside but won't have to go anywhere

It’s a really nice accommodation and would be ideal for anyone still looking for somewhere to stay in Leeds this September.
