Small double room available from October 16th onwards for rent. Within walking distance of Meanwood Park and the shops/ bars of Meanwood. Also within walking distance of Headingley and it's various amenities.

Rent is £600pcm and this includes all bills (except for TV licence, which is paid to me monthly). Flat is on the top floor of a pleasant building which is quiet, with all the other residents being professionals. Part of the flatshare includes access to a storage unit on the ground floor of the building, ideal for keeping a bike/ other bits that are not used often.

I am wanting a likeminded person to share the flat with. I am a paramedic and work shifts, so would sometimes be getting home at unsocial hours. Because of this I'm not looking for a flatmate who is constantly going out, although I do like being out and socialising when I am not working. Outside of work I am big into sport: love footy, tennis and running. Also love music (I play the piano and like going to gigs). As long as you like the pub and/ or watching the footy we are halfway there!

I am keen for a sociable flat: I don't live in my room and like chilling in the living room after work. Looking for someone chilled and on the same page who can do their own thing, but is happy with more of a friends vibe rather than two people who share the same living space. Basically I am not looking for Paul Lamb the Invisible Man/ someone who lives in their room and only comes out for food! I am not a clean freak but the communal cleaning tasks are shared, and if you can't clean up after yourself/ live like a slob then its a no from me.
