Double room in Meanwood

We have a double room in our houseshare in Meanwood. We are looking for a friendly housemate to move in. My room is currently an ensuite and I'm happy to swap for the double bed if interested.

The house is well located just around the corner from Meanwood Park. There are bars and restaurants nearby and supermarkets (Aldi and Waitrose) just a short walk away. It's a nice quiet area with a mix of families/professionals. There are also two bus routes not far away to take you into Leeds city centre and Headingley is about a 15 minute walk away too.

The room/house:
Double room with a shared bathroom (shower, bath, sink and toilet). The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. We have a shared kitchen/diner and living space which is a decent size for three people. It's never felt crowded living here due to the layout of the house. There is also a garage that can be used for storage. The garden at the back is lovely in the summer.

We have a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer to use as well as the standard things you would expect. There are two car parking spaces outside the house, and there is plenty of additional parking in the car park outside.

About us and what are we looking for:
I, Mirabela have been living here for 5 months and work as and advisor. Alliah will be moving in at the end of October. We are all sociable and enjoy a chat, but also appreciate each others need for space. Neither of us are particularly late night/party people and we are looking for someone whose partying days are over and is looking for a nice place to call home. We keep the house clean and tidy and would want a housemate who would feel the same.
