One of the bedrooms offers the flexibility of using it either with a Super King size bed or two singles by splitting the bed. Single beds are provided upon request.

This is a very tranquil, safe & family neighbourhood. The property is away from the main road which makes this place very quiet at any time of the day or night. Since this is a family area, this property is not suitable for loud partygoers.

ABOUT OUR HOME

Opting for clean and uncluttered energy, you will find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked & well-equipped kitchen awaits with features including a Nespresso, a French press and an automatic filter coffee maker for the coffee connoisseurs in the group.

The living space displays some creative pieces of décor some of which date back to the 1950s & 1970s. Colours are a mix of wood, brown leather and a handful of grey along with warm smart lighting making this room a perfect place to kick back and relax.
The wide front window floods the space with natural light.

With four bedrooms, one full bath and one full shower room, there is space to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor and features a king-size bed, an ensuite shower room, a spacious private lounge with an armchair, a full mirrored wardrobe, smart lighting and direct access to the rear garden.

On the first level, the second bedroom offers a super king-size bed which can be split into two single beds. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed and the fourth a single.

These three bedrooms share a full bathroom and natural hand-polished wooden floor throughout. 1000 sprung mattresses and built-in drawers are featured on each of these beds for extra comfort and convenience while windows are fitted with Venetian blinds.

In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down or carpeting in our home.

The outdoor space is just as enjoyable with a wooden table offering the perfect space for fresh air, socialising and relaxation.

For privacy, the bedrooms are equipment with blinds or curtains and the shower rooms have reflective/frosted windows.
From the rear of the house, the property sits between a wide section of big trees which separates our terrace from the nearest neighbouring buildings.
This prevents any neighbour or anyone to see inside the house

Conveniently located in one of the safest, quietest and tranquill family areas of Swindon, this away-from-roads property hosts you literally very close to many amenities the area has to offer including large supermarkets and a shopping complex. Plus, the property offers very quick and almost traffic-free access to and from the main intercity roads linking Swindon to the M4 to Bristol or London; the A419 to Cirencester, The Cotswold, Malmsbury, Gloucester and Cheltenham and A420 to Oxford.

Its privileged location is also very handy for movements in and around Swindon without having to cross town through the centre.
