Double room, Westbury, Mon to Fri let

Double room available, Westbury, Monday to Friday only, (4 nights), £400 pcm, inclusive of all bills. I can make rent adjustments for extended holidays, but it would mean leaving the room empty so friends can visit.

Two cats, so read no further if you’re not keen on cats! If you don't want them in your room, just close the door, no problem. You must be kind to them, though, to live here.

The room is neutrally decorated, a new double bed and mattress, 55” TV, WIFI, plenty of storage. Bedding and towels can be provided, if needed.

Small living room with tv and sofa for your personal use when you are in situ. I may use it at the weekends, when you’re not around.

Shared shower room. Good bathroom manners essential, as we would be sharing a shower room!

All mod cons, washing machine, tumble dryer, american fridge freezer, air fryer, dishwasher.

The house is a bungalow in a quiet cul de sac, secluded back garden, driveway parking, as well as on the road parking. Based in Westbury, which has excellent transport links; the train station is a 7 minute walk from the house. Good range of supermarkets and gyms.

I’m looking for a considerate and respectful housemate, who would appreciate a relaxed, friendly, clean and comfortable home with one other who is 65 yrs old. Although friendly and up for a chat I like my own company too, and you ideally are the same.

This let is not suitable if you are unemployed, retired, smoke, vape, are a heavy drinker or play guitar. WFH is not an option.

I work full time, I'm vegetarian, my interests are mainly gardening and animals, I'm currently creating a pond and making my garden extra wildlife friendly for the birds and local wildlife, which includes hedgehogs.
