Double room for vegetarian/pescatarian - or someone who is willing not to cook meat in the house.

The room is newly decorated, has a double bed with a new mattress, 55” TV on a bracket on the wall, and plenty of storage.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, etc.

There is a small shared living room.

The house is a bungalow in a quiet cul de sac, secluded back garden, driveway parking.

Powerful electric bike for you to use whenever.

I live in Westbury, which has very good transport links, and the train station is a 10 minute walk.

I have two cats, they both like friendly lodgers who will open the back door for them, to save them the effort of using the cat flap.

I’m looking for a considerate and respectful housemate, who would appreciate a clean and comfortable home with one other who is 65 yrs old. Good bathroom manners are essential, as we would be sharing a shower room! I would prefer outdoor shoes to be left at the door, please. Although friendly and up for a chat I like my own company too, and you ideally are the same. Please don’t apply if you smoke/vape or are a heavy drinker. Thank you.

I work full time on a 7 day rota so you'll have the house to yourself a fair bit. You must be in full time work, although occasional WFH is okay.

My interests are mainly gardening and animals, I'm currently making my garden extra wildlife friendly, and will be growing veg soon in a greenhouse and raised beds, which you would be welcome to help yourself to!

The rent includes council tax, TV licence, broadband, utilities, all household cleaning products.

Short term lets welcome, 2 months minimum.
