Non driver and dad, so need access to public transport and be able to and feel safe having my kids stay with me a couple of times a month with a bit more during school holidays
Employed hybrid in wgc, internet needs to be reliable due to working from home a couple of days a week

Smoker but never indoors
Enjoy cooking and baking with my daughter, gaming, music, science, tech and painting. Very handy, can DIY like a champion though won't touch gas and some reservations about plumbing.
Very clean, tidy respectful and hygienic and expect my children to meet these standards also. Proud to say my kids are some of the best behaved kids you'll meet
Looking in Hertford, ware, Harlow and Welwyn/wgc but in no rush as I will be looking for the right situation and willing to pay well for a place that is of a high standard and will accommodate my children
