Annex, flat, wanted

Hello

I'm looking for either an annex or a flat or even a house for long term rental. Somewhere that gets plenty of light and is self contained with own bathroom and either a garden or patio to sit out in.

Area-wise I'm looking between East Devon and Dorset. Ideally within half hour walk of the sea but most important is to just find somewhere lovely and relatively quiet. I can give you a lovely reference from my last landlady who I shared a home with (and her cats) and who loved having me there.

I'm trustworthy, reliable, considerate, quiet, semi-retired. I like animals, nature, music and reading.

I'm currently renting an annex but it's only available short term, hence the ad. I may possibly be open to a house share with the right person but would want my own bathroom. If you think you may have something then I'd love to hear from you. Thank you.
