Creative fellow, seeking en-suite room

Hello everyone
hope you are well

I have been offered a full-time in-house job in Newquay I am seeking a room within ideally a 30-minute drive.

I am a pretty quiet guy and and would be out working 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Ideally looking for an en-suite room, afraid, I am one of the pesky vapers however, I would only do this outside and away from the property, I would also need access to some form of parking.

I work digitally at the work offices, so there will be no paint or mess to speak of, Looking to book viewings and sign in the coming week.
