Room in Birmingham from September

Moving to Birmingham for work in September. Hybrid work, so a mix of WFH and a few days a week in an office in Jewellery Quarter.

Looking for room, furnished or unfurnished, but ideally need a separate working space too. Would be very keen on a place in an Apartment building/complex where there may be some shared working spaces already.
I am clean and tidy, and it is rare for me to spend all days, or weekends at home. However, when I am around I like to be sociable with the people I live with. My interests include sport, mainly football and ice hockey, travelling and politics.
