Looking for residence in Brighton

Pretty self-explanatory really! Looking for new accommodation in Brighton, preferably within walking distance to centre of the city.

I work from home for most of the week so my only requirement is that the property has a desk, preferably not in the bedroom.

Like most, I'd say I'm a fairly well-rounded, laidback individual who respects others' space and privacy, but is ready to have some fun on the weekends.
