Looking For A Room / Buddy Up (£400-500)

Hi!

I am 26 years old professional, and I am looking for accommodation in the CV4 area, that also has good commute to and from Coventry city center. I'm moving for work, and I'd ideally like to move in by:

I am a fairly quiet and tidy person, who respects people's personal space.

I love to cook, chill, play music, and watch movies during my free time. Love a good musical too! I also like going on the wee adventure so hopefully we can do that together!

I'll also be working from home from time to time, so a place with good internet will be great!

Ideally would like a flat that's fully furnished, all bills included, and has good heating too. (Know it may get warmer in the summer, but I get cold easily at night/in the winter, so would like a good place with nice heating/insulation).

Have a budget of about £400-500 (including all bills).
I'd also like to live with female(s), but I am open to a mixed household as well.
